LISTING OF SATRIX RESI SECURITIES AND SATRIX SWIX TOP 40 SECURITIES
Further to the announcement published on Wednesday, 15 March 2006 regarding
initial public offerings for new Satrix securities, Java Capital is authorised
to announce the listing on the main board of the JSE Limited of Satrix RESI
securities and Satrix SWIX Top 40 securities in the "Exchange Traded Funds"
sector, with effect from commencement of business on Monday, 10 April 2006.
SATRIX RESI SUBSCRIPTIONS
1,487,975 Satrix RESI securities will be issued to successful applicants (to
whom LAs were issued on Wednesday, 5 April 2006) at commencement of trade on
Monday, 10 April 2006 at a price per security of approximately R36.50 and at a
conversion ratio of 0.02726 securities for every 1 LA issued.
SATRIX SWIX TOP 40 SUBSCRIPTIONS
16,718,130 Satrix SWIX Top 40 securities will be issued to successful applicants
(to whom LAs were issued on Wednesday, 5 April 2006) at commencement of trade on
Monday, 10 April 2006 at a price per security of approximately R4.03 and at a
conversion ratio of 0.24559 securities for every 1 LA issued.

Satrix Managers has been granted permission to use the names "RESI" and "SWIX
Top 40".
