Shareholders are advised that the dispute with the Regulator referred to in
cautionary announcements dated 28 October 2005, 28 November 2005, 13 January
2006 and 24 February 2006 and the interim results announcement of 29 November
2005 has not been resolved as yet. Negotiations in this regard are still in
progress.
The company accordingly advises shareholders to continue exercising caution when
trading in the company"s shares.
