CONVERSION RATIO - APPLICATIONS UNDER THE IPO
Securities holders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on Friday,
7 April 2006 and advised that the correct conversion ratio is 0,24489 securities
for every 1 LA issued, and not the ratio published in that announcement. All
conversions of LAs to securities have been effected in accordance with the
correct ratio.
