Further to the cautionary announcement dated 9 February 2006 and the
comprehensive announcement dated 28 February 2006, shareholders are advised that
the company is continuing with its due diligence and related negotiations
pertaining to the proposed acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of
Intercoal (Pty) Ltd, and its wholly owned subsidiary Transvaal Mining and
Finance Company Limited, trading as Buffalo Fluorspar.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company"s securities until a full announcement is made.
