LISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES ("DEBENTURES")
NewGold has issued 800 000 additional debentures following an in specie
subscription in respect of 8 000 fine troy ounces of gold bullion. The
debentures were listed with effect from commencement of business today at an
issue price per debenture of approximately R35.95.
