RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Beget shareholders held
on Tuesday, 11 April 2006, the ordinary resolution required to approve the
acquisition by Beget of the remaining minority interest in Beget Interactive
(Proprietary) Limited, together with certain intellectual property rights, from
Excellular (Proprietary) Limited was passed by the requisite majority.
Accordingly, the acquisition will now be implemented.
