SECTION 3.59(c) CHANGE IN DIRECTOR"S FUNCTIONS
In compliance with the provisions of section 3.59(c) of the Listings
Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of Fairvest hereby notifies
its linked unitholders that an existing executive director of Fairvest, Mr TA
Bell, was appointed as chairman of Fairvest at the Annual General Meeting of the
company held yesterday, 12 April 2006 ("AGM").
RESULTS OF AGM
It is hereby announced that all resolutions proposed in the notice of annual
general meeting contained in the annual financial statements of Fairvest were
duly passed.
