CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that MR Mashishi and TH Nyasula have been appointed as
non-executive directors of Glenrand MIBwith effect from today. Their appointment
follows the successful conclusion of Glenrand MIB"s BEE transaction which became
effective from today.
