Trading Statement
In terms of the listings requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that
the financial results for the period to be reported on next will be more than
20% different from that of the previous corresponding period.
The company advises that its basic earnings and headline earnings per share for
the year ended 31 March 2006, comprising 53 weeks, are expected to be between
25% and 30% higher than those reported for the 52 weeks ended 31 March 2005.
This above financial information has neither been reviewed nor reported on by
the company"s external auditors.
The group"s results for the year ending 31 March 2006 will be released on SENS
on 25 May 2006.
