RESULT OF OFFER TO EC-HOLD LIMITED SHAREHOLDERS AS AT 11 OCTOBER 1999
Shareholders of Metrofile Holdings and EC-Hold Limited ("EC-Hold") ("EC-Hold
shareholders") are referred to the announcement dated 23 March 2006 and are
hereby informed that the offer to EC-Hold shareholders as at 11 October 1999
("the offerees") to purchase their shares for a cash consideration of R2.40
("offer consideration") per ordinary share of 1 cent each in the share capital
of EC-Hold, payable against delivery of their documents of title in respect of
these shares, closed at 12:00 today, 20 April 2006.
The offer consideration due to offerees who lawfully and validly accepted the
offer ("offer participants") in the prescribed form and against delivery of
documents of title as described in the offer circular to EC-Hold shareholders
dated 30 March 2006 will be posted, by ordinary post, at the risk of the offer
participant concerned, by 28 April 2006.
