Mr Lionel Derryck David Setshedi ("David") has been appointed as executive chief
operations officer with effect from 12 January 2004.
David is 42 years of age and has extensive business experience. He was a
manager at Dell Computer (Pty) Ltd SA before he joined Microsoft South Africa
(Pty) Ltd as a director until 2002. David then took up position as Chief
Executive at SITA E Services before joining Elexir. He obtained a BBA (Hons)
with minors in Information Technology from Harrington University (UK) in 1999.
