CHANGE TO THE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF ELEXIR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that:
Mr Tami Sokutu (non-executive chairman) has resigned from the board of the
Company due to an increase in workload in his current position, with effect from
10 February 2005.
The board of Elexir would like to thank Mr Tami Sokutu for the contribution he
has made to the Company and wish him success in the future.
