CHANGE TO THE DIRECTORS OF ELEXIR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that:
Mr David Setshedi (chief operating officer) has resigned from the board of the
Company to pursue his personal business interests, with effect from 4 April
2005.
The board of Elexir would like to thank Mr David Setshedi for the contribution
he has made to the Company and wish him success in the future.
