LIQUIDATION OF SUBSIDIARY AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that one of the Company`s subsidiaries, Elexir SA (Pty)
Limited, has voluntarily been placed in liquidation as the company is insolvent.
Shareholders are advised that Elexir has entered into discussions regarding the
disposal of the remaining operating businesses of the Company that comprise of
all the trading activities of the Group. Shareholders are accordingly advised
to exercise caution when dealing in Elexir securities until a further
announcement is made in this regard.
