LIQUIDATION OF SUBSIDIARY AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
1. Introduction
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 5 May 2005 in
which it was advised that Elexir has entered into discussions regarding the
disposal of the remaining businesses of the Company. Shareholders are advised
that these discussions were unsuccesful and Elexir"s subsidiary Elexir Computer
Services (Pty) Limited has has been placed in liquidation by of one its
creditors.
2. Further cautionary announcement
Shareholders are advised that the company has entered into negotiations, which
if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the
company"s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in the company"s securities until a full announcement is made.
3. Annual Financial Statements
Shareholders are advised that the Company is in the process of finalising its
annual financial statements which is expected to be mailed to shareholders by
end November 2005.
