RESULTS OF ELEXIR"S GENERAL MEETING AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Exchange Sponsors is authorised to announce that at the general meeting of
shareholders held at 39 First Road, Hyde Park on Tuesday, 4 April 2006, the
shareholders" resolutions which are necessary to give effect to the reverse
listing of PSV Holdings Limited into Elexir and all related matters have been
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office ("CIPRO").
Other than the condition relating to the registration of the special resolutions
by CIPRO, the conditions precedent, as set out in the circular dated 10 March
2006, have accordingly been fulfilled. If the abovementioned condition is not
fulfilled, a further announcement will be made.
The Elexir shares will be unsuspended and commence trading on the JSE Limited
("JSE") with effect from tomorrow, 5 April 2006. Shareholders are advised to
exercise caution when dealing in their securities until CIPRO has registered the
special resolutions.
PSV Holdings Limited will list on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE on Friday,
21 April 2006.
