DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being ABSA Bank
Limited) have resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix INDI
securities recorded in the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 March
2006. This distribution will:
be an amount of 7,04 cents (seven point zero four cents) (R0,0704) per Satrix
INDI security;
- constituted by 7,04 cents in respect of dividends;
- be made to all holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in the register
on 31 March 2006;
- be effected on 26 April 2006.
For the first quarter 2006, the Satrix Indi securities had a net unaudited Total
Expense Ratio (TER) of 1,7 basis points (0,017%).
