DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PIK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for PICK N PAY
STORES LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to PICK N PAY STORES LIMITED (PIK) the Trustees of the PIK Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 90.50 cents per share
instalment that is payable on Monday 12 June 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 2 June 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 June 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 9 June 2006.
