The trustees of the NewRand Trust (being Webber Wentzel Bowens Trustees IV
(Proprietary) Limited) have resolved to make a distribution to holders of
NewRand Index Securities recorded in the register in respect of the quarter
ended 31 March 2006.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 6.5 cents per NewRand Index security, constituted as
follows:
- 4.14 cents in respect of dividends;
- 2.36 cents in respect of other income;
- be made to all holders of NewRand Index Securities recorded on the register
at 31 March 2006; and
- be effected on 28 April 2006.
