Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 2 March 2006 concerning the
application to be brought before the High Court for the winding up of the
company"s majority BEE shareholder, Jaganda (Pty) Limited ("Jaganda") by one of
the shareholder groupings within Jaganda.
Simmers shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the company"s shares until a further announcement is made in this regard.
