Investec would like to advise potential buyers of the TKGIBD call warrant listed
over Telkom SA Limited, that due to excessive demand for this security, Investec
has now sold-out its initial allotment of warrants.
Investec is now bid-only in this warrant and will remain so until such time as
enough warrants are bought back to make a sufficient offer. Investec advises
that due to potential continued demand from the market, current holders may now
offer their warrants at prices in excess of Investec"s fair value calculation,
thereby creating the risk that new buyers will now be buying at inflated prices.
Investec will be bid in the market at all times, but due to our sold-out status,
we may not hold the market at fair value should new buyers be prepared to pay
higher prices for the TKGIBD.
Investec recently listed the TKGIBE call warrant, and suggest that TKGIBE be
considered as the warrant option for all prospective new trades.
