following resignation to the board of directors of Primeserv, which was
communicated to shareholders with the announcement of the Group"s Interim
Results on 23 March 2006:
Nelson Nunes Rodrigues - Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company
Secretary, effective 25 April 2006
The appointment of the Group"s new Chief Financial Officer will be announced in
due course.
