TRADING STATEMENT
It is announced that the consolidated group financial results of Anbeeco for the
financial year ended 31 January 2006, will reflect as regards both earnings per
share and headline earnings per share, a change from a loss of 0,9 cents per
share to a positive figure of 0,2 cents per share, and, as regards net asset
value per share and net tangible asset value per share, in both instances a
change from 0 cents per share to 0,2 cents per share, compared to the results
for the previous financial year ended 31 January 2005.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based, have been
audited by Anbeeco"s auditors. The annual financial report of Anbeeco, in
respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2006, containing inter alia the
audit report of the auditors of the company, will be available for inspection at
the offices of the company at 14th floor, Sandton City Office Tower, corner
Rivonia Road and Fifth Street, Sandton, from Friday, 28 April 2006, will be
posted to shareholders by 29 April 2006 and the corresponding abridged results
will be announced on SENS by Friday, 28 April 2006.
