APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tshepo G Kgage as non-
executive director of the Company with effect from 20 April 2006.
Mr Kgage is a Chartered Accountant and is employed as a Finance and
Administration Executive at Royal Bafokeng Finance (Pty) Ltd ("RBF"). He is
responsible for the financial management and administrative support functions,
and participates in the strategic investment and treasury management functions.
He is also responsible for providing financial advisory services to the broader
Royal Bafokeng group, including in relation to new investment proposals.
The appointment of Mr Kgage to the Zaptronix" board follows the 31 March 2006
announcement detailing the strategic investment by the RBF group in the Company.
Mr Kgage will not only play an important role on the board in identifying new
business and strategic opportunities, but he has a great deal to offer as the
chairman of the audit committee and in the overall efficient functioning of the
board.
