TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the listings requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that
the financial results for the period to be reported on next will be more than
20% different from that of the previous corresponding period.
The company advises that its basic earnings and headline earnings per share for
the year ended 31 March 2006, are expected to be between 15% and 25% higher than
those reported on in the profit forecast of the group, in the circular of 19
July 2005, for the 12 months ended 31 March 2006.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the companies"
auditors and the group"s results for the year ending 31 March 2006 will be
released on SENS on or about 3 May 2006.
