DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 4 562 Octodec linked units on 21
April 2006 at a price per unit of 1 175 cents, with a total value of R53 603,50
and 14 400 Octodec linked units on 24 April 2006 at a price per unit of 1 190
cents, with a total value of R171 360. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and
Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly each hold one third of the share capital in Pavburg.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
