Following the acquisition of assets, issue of additional units by Diversified
Property Fund and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE
announces the following changes:

Diversified Property Fund (South Africa, ZAE000072369, B0LWD72) will remain in
the index with an increased shares in issue total of 121,460,507 and unchanged
investability weighting of 50%.

Diversified Property Fund will be treated as above.
