RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING & RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Ernst & Young Sponsors (Proprietary) Limited is authorised to announce that at
the general meeting of shareholders of the company held at 09:00 on Wednesday,
26 April 2006, the requisite majority of shareholders approved the ordinary
resolutions as contained in the notice convening that general meeting, relating
to:
- the allotment and issue of 141 354 896 shares of 0,1 cent each at an issue
price of 46 cents per share ("the rights shares"); and
- the placing of the rights shares under the control of the directors.
Renewal of cautionary
Shareholders are advised that they should continue to exercise caution as set
out in the previous cautionary announcements, issued by the company dated 11
April 2006, and 9 February 2006 respectively, until such a time as a further
announcement is made.
