RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Brimstone shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of
Brimstone held on 25 April 2006, all the resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution for Brimstone and/or its subsidiaries to repurchase its
own shares will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of Companies in
due course.
