CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Business Connexion shareholders are referred to the joint announcement released
by Business Connexion and Telkom Limited ("Telkom") on 4 April 2006 regarding
Telkom"s firm intention to make an offer to acquire the entire issued capital of
Business Connexion. Business Connexion shareholders are advised that the company
has received, and is in the process of considering, an expression of interest,
which is subject to numerous conditions precedent, from another potential bidder
to acquire the entire issued share capital of Business Connexion. Accordingly,
Business Connexion shareholders are advised to exercise caution in dealing in
their Business Connexion shares until a further announcement is made.
