DISPATCH OF CAPITEC ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual report containing the audited annual
financial statements of Capitec for the year ended 28 February 2006 is being
dispatched to shareholders today and contains no modifications to the audited
results which were announced on SENS on 29 March 2006.
The annual report will be available online on the Capitec website
(www.capitecbank.co.za) from 12:00 today.
We herewith confirm that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Capitec
will be held in the Simonsberg Room, The Spier Conference Centre, Spier,
Lynedoch Road, Stellenbosch, on Wednesday, 24 May 2006 at 12:00 to transact the
business set out in the notice of the annual general meeting, contained in the
Capitec 2006 annual report.
