Granting of Options
In compliance with Rules 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
On 24 April 2006 the following executives were granted share options over
ordinary shares at a price of R28.00 each, which may be paid for and taken up
40% after 2 years, 30% after 3 years and 30% after 4 years. All share options
are of a direct beneficial nature and were approved by an executive director.
