Lonrho Africa was today notified, in accordance with Section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985, as amended by Section 134 of the Companies Act 1989, that
following the sale of 2,850,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share
capital of the Company, on 28 April 2006 North Atlantic Value LLP as
discretionary manager no longer has a notifiable holding in the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
