INTEREST DISTRIBUTION
The board has resolved that unit holders are entitled to receive interest
distribution number 20 in respect of the quarter 1 January 2006 to 31 March 2006
of 27,45 cents (2005:25,50 cents) per A unit and 33,55 cents (2005: 30,50 cents)
per B unit. This brings the total distribution for the nine months ended 31
March 2006 to 80,10 cents (2005: 76,50 cents) per A unit and 97,90 cents (2005:
89,00 cents) per B unit.

- Units will trade ex interest Monday, 22 May
- Record date Friday, 26 May
- Payment of interest distribution number 20 Monday, 29 May
There may be no dematerialisation or re-materialisation of the A and B units
between Monday, 22 May 2006 and Friday, 26 May 2006, both days inclusive.
