Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Mutual & Federal
held in Johannesburg today; all the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders present and represented by proxy at the annual general
meeting.
Changes to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Mutual
& Federal shareholders are advised that Mr KTM Saggers did not make himself
available for re-election as a director, and as such ceases to be Chairman of
Mutual & Federal with immediate effect. Mr JB Magwaza, previously a non-
executive director, has been appointed to the board as the Chairman in his
stead.
Furthermore, Messrs AM Hyatt, EP Theron and RA Williams have retired and as such
have resigned from the board of directors of Mutual & Federal with immediate
effect.
The board of directors would like to thank them for their valuable contribution
over the past number of years.
