Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 27 February 2006,
and its subsequent renewals, and are advised that the negotiations referred to
therein have been suspended.
The cautionary is therefore withdrawn, and shareholders are no longer advised to
exercise caution when dealing in their Samrand shares.
