CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LGL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction distribution amount payable for
LIBERTY GROUP LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction distribution
declaration relating to LIBERTY GROUP LIMITED (LGL) the Trustees of the LGL
Share Instalment have declared a capital reduction distribution amount of 360.00
cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 12 June 2006.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 2 June 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 5 June 2006
and the record date will be Friday, 9 June 2006.
