executive responsibilities of Mr D P Meintjes, an executive director of Medi-
Clinic is hereby announced. Mr Meintjes acted as the Human Resources Director,
but has recently relocated to Dubai to take up the responsibility of overseeing
the Company"s expansion into the United Arab Emirates.
