Properties Investment (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 8 195 Octodec linked units
on 05 May 2006 at a price of 1 250 cents per unit, with a total value of R102
437.50. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick, indirectly each
hold one third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was received
in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
