RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of the company held on 8 May 2006, the resolutions to
implement the acquisition of a portfolio of eight property letting businesses
("the acquisitions") were passed by an overwhelming majority of linked
unitholders.
Registration of transfer of the acquisitions is expected to take place in due
course, following which the 15 689 037 new linked units in Calulo to be issued
as part consideration for the acquisitions will be issued and listed on the JSE
Limited ("JSE"). An announcement will be made on SENS once registration has
taken place and the JSE has approved the listing of the new linked units.
