DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties Investment (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 45 100 Octodec linked
units on 08 May 2006 at a price of 1 270 cents per unit, with a total value of
R572 770. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick, indirectly
each hold one third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
