Results of annual general meeting
Shareholders are notified that at the annual general meeting of shareholders
held on 9 May 2006 all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution proposed
thereat were duly passed by the requisite majority of votes. The special
resolution granting a general authority to the directors to repurchase the
company"s shares was adopted and will be lodged for registration with the
Registrar of Companies in due course.
