Shareholders of the company are advised that in the spirit of transparency and
good corporate governance, the group announces that it has re-valued its land
and buildings in accordance with its accounting policy. The land and buildings
known as Portion 13 of Agriculture Holding No 1 Halfway House Estate,
Registration Division IR Gauteng known as Spescom Park were re-valued from
R19.35m to R27.5m. The valuation was conducted by C.S Massel Valuation Services
CC.
