DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties Investment (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 5000 Octodec linked units
on 09 May 2006 at a price of 1 260 cents per unit, with a total value of R63
000. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick, indirectly each
hold one third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was received
in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
