Resignation of Non-Executive Board Member
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Reuel Khoza has resigned from the Board of the
JSE Limited with effect from 9 May 2006, due to his increased responsibilities
as the new Chairman of Nedcor Limited, an office he was appointed to from 5 May
2006. "As our longest serving independent board member, his wisdom, experience
and measured thinking is a great inspiration to the Board," said Humphrey
Borkum, Chairman of the JSE. Mr. Khoza served as a non-executive JSE board
member from 1996 - 2006.
