APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
unit holders are advised that Mr David Huw Rice has been appointed to the board
of ApexHi as Managing Director with immediate effect.
David has in excess of 20 years experience in the property industry and was a
director of Broll Property Management (Proprietary) limited, responsible for the
management of the ApexHi portfolio from its listing in 2001, prior to joining
ApexHi.
