OFFER TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS and published in
the press on 13 and 14 March 2006 respectively giving details of a mandatory
offer by Bevdev CC to acquire all of the shares in Adonis that it does not
already own at a price of 90 cents per share ("the offer")
Shareholders are advised that an offer circular has been sent to shareholders
today, 12 May 2006 and that the offer has opened.
The salient dates of the offer are set out below:

Notes:
1. The above dates and times are subject to change. Any change will be
released on SENS and published in the press.
2. Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their shares between
the business day after the last day to trade and the record date, both days
inclusive.
3. Dematerialised shareholders are required to notify their CSDP or broker of
the acceptance of the offer by the cut-off time stipulated by their CSDP or
broker in terms of their agreement with the CSDP or broker.
