RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
iFour linked unitholders are advised, in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE
Listings Requirements, that J A A (Anthony) Diepenbroek has resigned as an non-
executive director of the company with immediate effect.
The board and management of iFour have regretfully accepted the resignation of
Anthony Diepenbroek as non-executive director of the Company.
Anthony is following his own interests in the property field and to avoid
potential conflict of interests in the future, both parties considered it
prudent that he step down as a director of the Company.
Anthony was a driving force in the listing of iFour on the JSE in June 2002 and
the subsequent growth of the Company from its initial asset base of R 731
million to the current R 2,2 billion.
The board wish him well in his new ventures.
