CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised, in accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listing
Requirements, that Tak Hiemstra, Imperial executive director for strategic
planning, will join the board of Tourvest as deputy non-executive chairman on 30
June 2006. Hiemstra joined Imperial in 1992 where he has, until recently,
served as managing director of Imperial Bank.
Osman Arbee, a member of Imperial"s executive board, will resign as a non-
executive director of Tourvest on 30 June 2006 to succeed Carol Scott as chief
executive of Imperial"s car rental and tourism division. Scott, who
relinquishes her executive position at Imperial on 30 June 2006, will remain the
non-executive chairman of Tourvest.
