TRADING UPDATE AND CAUTIONARY STATEMENT
In terms of the listing requirements of the JSE, shareholders are advised that
the loss and headline loss per share for the year ended 31 December 2003 will be
substantially greater than those of the comparative period for the year ended
December 2002. It is anticipated that the audited results for the year ended 31
December 2003 will be published on or about 30 March 2004, at which stage
further details will be provided regarding the company"s results, initiatives
taken and the future prospects for the forthcoming year.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company"s
securities on the JSE until the audited results for the year ended 31 December
2003 are published.
